We offer multiple delivery options for your economy and for speed, depending upon your requirements.
UK Delivery Options
Delivery within the UK is charged at normal RoyalMail postage rates. We always send parcels Recorded Delivery and therefore your parcel will require a signature. You can have your parcel delivered to an alternative address to that of your billing address, for example your workplace or a friend.
We offer next day delivery within the UK on any parcel size for just £6.50. Delivery will be made by UPS and is trackable online. Please see any restrictions on individual item, especially promotional items which may not always be available on Next Day Delivery.
European Delivery Options
We are happy to deliver anywhere within Europe. We have very competitive postage rates which are fully trackable and come by your standard Postal Service. If your order is over 2Kgs, your parcel will be sent using UPS for a fully tracked and fast delivery. Your parcel will require a signature.
Worldwide Delivery Options
We will deliver anywhere in the world and can offer significant cost savings over buying the same remedies in your country. Smaller parcels will come via your normal postage service but will require a signature. Parcels over 2Kg will be sent by UPS for a fully tracked and fast delivery.
Tracking Your Parcel
It is important you track your parcel as your postal / courier service may try to deliver when you are out and we cannot always guarantee they will leave you a card.
UK Tracking
If your parcel has been sent by RoyalMail you can track your parcel online at www.royalmail.com and enter your tracking number in the tracking box, this will give you the latest information.
If your parcel has been sent by courier, you can track your parcel at www.ups.com
European and Worldwide Tracking
If you parcel has been sent by your Standard Postal Service (tracking number will start with RI or RZ) then you can track you parcel in the first instance at www.royalmail.com. When the site tells you that it has been passed to your countries Postal Service, then you can track using the same number on the website of your country, for example you can track parcels sent to the US once they have been passed over at www.usps.com
If your parcel has been sent by UPS you can track your parcel at www.ups.com You will also be sent an email explaining full tracking along with an estimated delivery date from UPS.
Important Track Your Parcel for Fast Delivery without Problems
If you have any problems with the delivery of your parcel, then please do contact us using the details on the contact page. Please note it is important for you to track your parcel online to ensure you do not miss delivery. You will need to contact your postal service or UPS if you have missed your delivery or have any other problems with their delivery to ensure you get your parcel in a timely manner with no additional costs to yourself.
If any parcels are sent back to us because you have missed delivery, we will need to recharge delivery in order to resend your parcel.
*We currently exclude Mexico and Australia from our online shipping options due to customs importation problems. Until this situation changes we will not be shipping to these countries. For Mexico if you have the relevant paperwork to allow Customs Clearance then please contact us and we will be able to arrange with you shipping.
